Order Processing

We process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery takes around 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.
• All orders are shipped via a trusted local courier with tracking provided.

Pre-Order Items

Some of our drops are released on a pre-order basis. If your item is a pre-order, it will be clearly stated at checkout and on the product page.

• Pre-orders typically take around 1 month to be fulfilled and delivered.
• Once production is complete, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping promos for local orders, so keep an eye out.
