We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags still attached.

• Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, email us at offpress.sg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

• We offer free exchanges (1 time per order) within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund instead.

Email us at offpress.sg@gmail.com to request an exchange and include your order number and desired size/color.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please note: Bank processing times may vary.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your item reaches us.
